Dune House
Situated on a rare stretch of absolute beachfront in the Margaret River region, this site immediately inspired a vision to create something truly special, a home designed to sit quietly yet confidently within its pristine coastal landscape.
In collaboration with international architect Studio Derickx, the residence has been designed as a refined coastal retreat.
Six bedrooms, five bathrooms, expansive living spaces, a swimming pool and a dedicated wellness area are thoughtfully integrated to create a home that balances relaxed beachfront living with considered architectural design.
A focus on timeless, natural finishes, carefully selected to complement the surrounding dunes and ocean horizon. The design draws directly from its environment, creating a home that feels both refined and deeply connected to place.
Currently in planning, with construction anticipated to commence in mid-2026.
