Millbrook Farmhouse began with the discovery of a property that immediately sparked interest.
Secured off-market, the 8.5-acre site sits within rolling hills just minutes from Yallingup Beach - a rare meeting of coastal proximity and rural landscape.
At its centre stood a century-old farmhouse, quietly positioned within the valley and rich with the character of its past. Wide verandahs wrap the home, framing expansive views across the surrounding hills and reinforcing its connection to the land.
The project focused on restoring and refining the original homestead, carefully balancing preservation with considered contemporary updates. Materials and finishes were selected to complement the home’s existing patina, allowing its history and architectural presence to remain at the forefront.
Completed in 2023, Millbrook Farmhouse was delivered as a fully realised residence, with interiors and furnishings carefully curated to complement the character of the original homestead.
