Stealth 2.0
Stealth 2.0 represents a refined evolution of the original Stealth barn house concept, reinterpreting its architectural language with greater clarity, scale and material depth.

Situated on a quiet property in the Quindalup hinterland, the site is defined by surrounding forest and lush vegetation, offering a rare sense of privacy while remaining close to the coastline. The landscape and northern orientation informed a design that embraces natural light, openness and a strong connection to its environment.
Working with local building designer Lurie, the architecture reimagines the traditional barn form through a twin-gabled structure that enhances both volume and spatial flow. Spotted Gum-lined walls introduce warmth and texture, while lofty raked ceilings amplify light and create a sense of quiet generosity throughout the living spaces.

The home opens deliberately to the north, allowing the surrounding landscape to become part of the interior experience. Carefully considered moments of retreat, including a custom daybed positioned to capture winter sun, provide intimate spaces within the broader architectural form.
The material palette remains intentionally restrained, ensuring a cohesive and grounded interior that reflects the tones and textures of the surrounding landscape.

Delivered to its new custodians as a thoughtfully resolved foundation, the home has since evolved through additional styling and landscape enhancements. Now known as The Grove, the property operates as a successful boutique holiday retreat, demonstrating how considered design can adapt and grow over time.
